Your job:

• Proactive support of the managing director in the organization and coordination of the business process
• Professional and independent execution of all arising administrative Tasks (correspondence in German and English, scheduling, organization of appointments, travel, etc.)
• Ensure smooth communication between management and the individual business units as well as external partners
• Organization and preparation of meetings, presentations and board meetings including compilation of the required documents
• Guest hosting
• Creation and preparation of presentations, statistics, documents and decision templates Logging of meetings as well as their follow-up including action tracking.

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with continuity

High-quality MS Office skills

Fluent German and English proficiency in spoken and written

Structured, independent and committed work with excellent organizational skills

Job skills

• Completed commercial training with further education in secretarial work or a completed university degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree program
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Fluent German and English spoken and written structured, independent and committed work method with very good organizational ability.
