Job Description
In this position, you bring with your enthusiasm for human resources into various personnel issues of our international group. Your main tasks include the organization of HR-specific agendas and the coordination and cooperation in projects.
Responsibilities
Preparation of relevant project information as well as the supply of involved stakeholders with important information
Participate in local and global HR projects and ensure that timelines and quality are adhered to
Appointment planning and coordination, organization of comprehensive meetings incl. Sophisticated logging
Administrative and organizational interface between various departments, employee representation and HR
Active participation in the development of accompanying regulations and support for HR colleagues
Qualifications
A degree or about to complete it, preferably in the field of economics, law, sociology, information management, media communication or comparable subjects
Ideally, you have gained professional experience while studying
You are a talented at communication and organization, you are confident and have diplomatic skills
You take ownership and keep track of everything in a complex and demanding environment
You are resilient and approach structured and analytically new tasks
You have a quick grasp and are able to operate flexibly in a dynamic environment
Ideally, you already have experience in project management and are experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
