This vital position requires a technically oriented, self-driven, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing technical and product information inquiries as well as recommending appropriate products to customers driving revenue growth.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively creating and driving relationships with small and medium sized accounts.
This includes creating, following-up and converting leads to design wins, by actively reaching out to (potential) customers, to increase sales in our business segment.
Assigned target to generate revenue through New & Existing customers as per the department directives. Revenue generation is directly tied up with your incentive earnings.
Lead qualification and follow up of inbound leads received through various sources (including company web-site, sample system, social media channels, events and other sources) to build pipeline.
Outbound calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts.
Nurturing opportunities through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement (may have assigned accounts) and conversion to actual business.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Deliver extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on TE products, services and capabilities to best meet the needs of the Customer - drive design-in solutions and design wins.
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value and drives Sales, nurturing mid to long term opportunities through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement.
Offer custom technical solutions that benefit the customer.
Communicate via various channels such as telephone, email and chat with customers and internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, logistics and others as necessary.
Commit to being part of the solution when faced with a challenge.
Liaise effectively with various internal business partners like Engineering and sales to resolve Customer inquiries and requests.
React positively to changing business conditions by proving to be flexible and adaptable.
Sales and/or Outbound calling experience (Customer service experience a plus) with a passion for revenue generation through consultative mindset & relationship building.
