Your tasks:

• The area of ​​responsibility includes participation in teaching and research of the degree program.  
• Participation in teaching is expected and made possible (supervision of students during exercises  
• Graphic and communicative tasks of the study program  
• Participation in the design, application and  Accomplishment of  research project  expected  
• Organization of events and meetings.

Your profile:

• Degree in real estate or economics or architecture (FH / University)  
• Professional practice in the field of real estate project development advantageous  
• Willingness to become familiar with new topics  
• Interest in teaching and research in these areas is required  
• Excellent knowledge of Excel is definitely expected.  
• Excellent EDP user knowledge in the common Office programs  
• Experience in teaching beneficial  
• Graphic skills are an advantage  
• Very good German language skills (at least level C2) as well as secure language skills in  English  (mind. Level C1)  

Employment: 40 hours (full time), part-time possible (20 hours)

Limited to the duration of 4 years

Start: as soon as possible after agreement

Salary: EUR 2,300.00 gross monthly salary (minimum salary for full-time, 40 hours per week, depending on qualification and professional experience)
