Your challenge:

• Conception and construction / implementation of offers acc. §§ 27, 34 and 41 SGB VIII
• Development and updating of professional standards

Your profile:

• Relevant degree (Diplom / Master) in the field of education, social work / social education
• Proven multi-year leadership experience in the field of child and youth welfare (assistance for education), ideally in the area of ​​facility / group management
• Proven in-depth knowledge in the field of child and youth welfare law
• Proven business knowledge
• Additional qualifications in the areas of systemic work, coaching and conflict management / mediation are desirable
• Organizational and coordination talent
• Driving license class B.
