Your challenge:

• Participation in the strategic development of the entire company
• Planning and implementation of the strategic development of the division in close coordination with the management
• Professional management of the division, especially development and implementation of company-wide, standardized processes
• Conceptual design, project planning and implementation of new offers, eg in the form of project group management and coordination
• Business management of the division
• Personnel planning, management and controlling as well as development, in particular coaching of the assigned business area management.

Your profile:

• Completed university education (Master, Diploma) with a focus on Vocational Education or Psychology
• Leadership and leadership experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation, in particular sound knowledge in the field of assessment procedures
• Proven knowledge and experience in the field of project work and organizational and personnel development
• Appreciating, clear and motivating leadership style
• Above-average communicative competence in speech and writing.
