Together with the August-Bebel-School in Offenbach am Main we teach you business basics, computer and digital technology and of course a lot of tangible IT know-how.

Set up your PC systems for your colleagues and be in case of problems with IT always with the right answer to job.

Tasks:

• As part of your training, you work in various project teams and get to know the varied world of air traffic control IT.
• In addition to troubleshooting, you work on the further development of our EDP.
• You look for new applications, test them and decide together with our experts on whether it makes sense to use them at the company.
• If an application has successfully passed this exam, you support the roll-out, train the users and always have an open ear and the right solution for any questions.
• Become the "IT Hero" for colleagues who are on the verge of desperation because of their IT problem.
• We accompany you on your way there with our personal support through the training area.

Qualifications:

• You've graduated from school at least at middle school
• If you have problems with your PC / laptop, do not go immediately to the specialist. First, find the cause yourself - even with the wrench
• Particularly complex systems can even steal our experts' nerves - here you are characterized by perseverance and care.
