Job Description

Your job:

• Operational responsibility and control of existing IT processes
• Ensuring the procedural and functional integrity of the IT service and IT process management landscape
• Monitoring and ensuring service quality (process and system side)
• Further development of the KPI system for service level reporting and management
• Conception and operationalization of new IT processes and IT roles
• Responsible for the further development of the ITSM tool
• Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards
• Creation and maintenance of project, process and procedural documents
• Development and implementation of process training.

Your profile:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or similar education
• Several years of professional experience in support or advice on ITSM processes according to ITIL®, ideally a certification as ITIL®-Expert
• Experience with service management tools, ideally the products of Matrix 42
• Solid practical experience in service operations and transition
• The ability to target complex technical issues
• Method security in the recording and design of work processes
• Experience in managing projects in the operating and service area.
