• Budget responsibility is in your care
• You are responsible for obtaining regulatory approvals
• Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services are also part of your area of ​​responsibility
• Your field of activity also includes the control of quantity, quality, deadlines and costs as well as the billing of construction work.

Your profile:

• You have a degree as a civil engineer, architect or a comparable degree program
• You have several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in the field of branch construction
• You bring in-depth knowledge in construction contract law and in building law
• Furthermore, you bring along leadership skills as well as a confident appearance
• Well Done: You have very good command of spoken and written German and English
• You bring with them a willingness to travel.
