Join Playtech BGT Sports (PBS), the powerhouse in sportsbetting, at our headquarters in Vienna as a: In-House Jurist (m/f) - Schwerpunkt: Software Lizenzierung Role & Function Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with emphasis on software licensing, development and distribution Monitor and coordinate judicial procedures Provide legal support on projects Deliver legal opinions and perform research on legal issues/questions, in particular concerning sports betting-related legislation Manage corporate governance activities required under the Austrian company law Qualifications & Skills Relevant education (ideally Austrian bar exam) as well as additional entrepreneurial expertise to encompass the ability to consider economic aspects and effects of contractual negotiations Completed LL.M.
