In-House Jurist (m/f) - Schwerpunkt: Software Lizenzierung
Role & Function
Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with emphasis on software licensing, development and distribution
Monitor and coordinate judicial procedures
Provide legal support on projects
Deliver legal opinions and perform research on legal issues/questions, in particular concerning sports betting-related legislation
Manage corporate governance activities required under the Austrian company law
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant education (ideally Austrian bar exam) as well as additional entrepreneurial expertise to encompass the ability to consider economic aspects and effects of contractual negotiations
Completed LL.M. Program in an English-speaking country is an asset
Around five to seven years of experience as a trainee lawyer or a lawyer in software licensing, development and distribution
Fluency in spoken and written English and German and ability to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages
