For almost 30 years Travel Active has been the specialist in the Netherlands in the field of cultural exchanges. From High School, Language Travel and Au Pair to Volunteering and Backpacking. With our extensive and carefully composed offer, everyone - young and old - can experience an international adventure. To enthuse as many people as possible at schools, trade fairs and events for a cultural educational exchange, we are looking for Travel Active ambassadors. Did you live, work, study and / or travel abroad through Travel Active? And can you tell them enthusiastically about that, so that others are convinced to go too? Then we are looking for you! This is what you will do: You represent Travel Active at information meetings at secondary schools, MBOs, higher professional education institutions and universities. Pupils and students who are interested in a follow-up program hear from you that they can also go abroad for a while as a volunteer, au pair, student or through a working holiday. You give presentations in schools for a group of about 40 students and their parents or you mans a stand on an information market. All this with ready-to-use presentations, a practical handbook and all kinds of information and promotional material that Travel Active provides you with. As an ambassador you are present at many Travel Active events. You inform visitors about your own experience and eventually also about our other programs. Together with other ambassadors and an employee of Travel Active, you will create a stand at large national (educational) fairs. You participate in the annual Travel Active Ambassadors day. Here you follow training courses and meet other ambassadors. This is your profile: You have traveled with Travel Active. You know what it is like to live, work, study and / or travel abroad for a longer period of time. You are extremely enthusiastic about your experience abroad. You do not talk about it and you want to share it with everyone. You make contact easily and you can listen carefully. This way you convince interested parties so that they sign up for a program. You know how to tell a story well and have an infectious energy. You are representative and have an enthusiastic, professional appearance. You enjoy going out on your own. It also appeals to you to be part of an enthusiastic young team of ambassadors. You are flexible employable. That is how most of the information meetings take place in the evening and at the weekend. You quickly become familiar with online applications, such as ERP / Netsuite customer relationship management systems. Depending on where you live and how often you can, you represent Travel Active at least twice a month during a meeting. You have a good knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing; You are also communicative. You are preferably in possession of a public transport pass that allows you to travel freely.
